Apple Ginger Chutney
Apple Ginger Chutney: Made from northwest grown apples to create a robust chutney, sweetened with raisins and some heat from fresh ginger, cayenne, allspice and cloves.
This is a take on the “traditional” British farmhouse-style of chutney, chunky in texture. Best enjoyed with crusty bread and a sharp cheddar cheese, or served alongside a juicy beef tenderloin or on a pork loin chop.
Swirl some into a bowl of warming Butternut Squash Soup to brighten the flavors.
