Limited Edition: Prik Chi Faa (mild)

An early ripening Thai pepper selected by Sweet Home, OR based Adaptive Seeds.  I have had great luck with Adaptive's NW specific varietals, and this chile has a lot of flavor.  Due to the wildfire smoke, these did not get enough sun to create their full heat, and so our sauce is quite mild: perfect for those looking to add a lot of flavor, but are timid with spice.
